Personal Experience in detail:

Have saved up to make my first vintage Chanel bag and it is unfortunate that this is my first experience. Made payment, was told it was shipped but still did not receive it!! It was promoted to have "DHL shipping" with tracking number provided.

However, once payment went through, seller update that it was "shipped" 5 days later,  said that her Japan warehouse did not share the tracking number. When i chased up she just said that she will share with me once she get the tracking number but it's shipped and that i have to wait.

Waited for 1 week but item did not arrive. Contacted her again and she just went missing in action and unreachable. I also called DHL and they said there was no parcel registered from Japan to ship to my address.

I trusted that she would get back and kept messaging daily but by the 5th week mark I finally given in that i have been scammed. She has also blocked my comments on instagram and blocked me on whatsapp. Using other IG accounts i also realized that she is still actively posting but just would not reply me or pick up my calls.

so please, do your own due diligence and be careful!!!

Sharing Seller details here in case she uses a different IG account name:

Ghekhuoy lim is a Cambodian that moved to Denmark, Copahagen. Her pictures are all over the internet so i trusted that she would not want to ruin her name, but i was SO wrong. I also trusted that an asian that worked hard to move elsewhere would not be someone to cheat people off their hardearned money. I had too much faith in humanity.

TIPS or rather things I noted after being scammed:
post this scam i do have trust issues but I have also gotten some learnings on what to look out for

Do your own due diligence when purchasing from such stores.

1. Instagram IG does not protect buyers on this.
I have reported this account with prove but IG still reactivated her account after. Even if the account has been active for 5 years or more and looks "legit", it may not be.

2. Check out the comments. Avoid if there's comments are blocked
Those with little few or no comments might be dodgey. Another thing i noticed is if you saw for example "5 comments" button in the IG comments , clicked into it to read the comments and only see 2 comments. This would mean the seller had restricted some comments. My suggestion would be to not buy it as it might be a sign that past buyers dropped some mean comments and had been blocked.

3.  Having Story reviews on highlights does not mean they can be trusted.
Most of the time these can be faked. Do avoid those where they heavily crop the reviews.

4. Avoid stores where most of the pictures just look like a typical Japan warehouse.
Those pics can be easily found online or snapped from a Live video where Japan auctions take place for such vintage bags. Go for those that have customized pictures or can actually take more real life pictures for you.

5. Go for those that have legit business registrations or allow payments that have buyer protection
Those stores without any of this, please avoid bank transfers because you will NEVER get your money back.
